“…the idea that going to work in a Ford Factory would be like, ‘I really loved working on an assembly line…’ No. you went to work at Ford because it was the best job that you could get and because after a while the union had actually won enough gains to make it a pretty damn good job but it was still hard back-breaking…so the reason that I love talking about stuff like this is to point out these things we assume are natural are mostly not.”
